Corporate Secretary of Independent Services Group Limited since its incorporation in 2001.  This includes its subsidiaries Independent Broking Solutions Limited an active insurance broker at Lloyd’s which promotes its Appointed Representative network for international insurance professionals, ISG Advisory Services Ltd an insurance consultancy and Managing General Agency investor, and ISG-IT Limited whose name speaks for itself.

Additionally Corporate Secretary to some 45 independently owned companies formed for our respective clients in both the UK and USA. My role also encompasses the management of ISG International a group of some 9 independent consultants based in the US, as well as HR and general middle management duties in London and PA to the CEO.
