Mr. Cuff is an attorney specializing in domestic and international insurance and reinsurance casualty claims.  He has an in-depth familiarity with all lines of property and casualty claims, with special expertise in Professional Liability, Architects and Engineers, Directors & Officers, General and Product liability.

A former Principal at one of the top four accounting firms, he has a strong background and extensive experience in internal compliance audits, insurance and reinsurance claims monitoring, auditing, and counseling including the management and supervision of legal and professional reinsurance staff.

He holds the designations of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Associate in Reinsurance (ARe); Associate in Management (AIM) and, additionally, is an ARIAS-US Certified Arbitrator. He has chaired several reinsurance claim conferences and published reinsurance claims related articles.
