Matthew Lock has over 20 years experience in the broking and underwriting arena in both the London and Bermuda insurance markets. Specific responsibilities have included claims and reinsurance recovery administration for a Lloyd’s syndicate and an underwriting management company.

He is a director of Independent Broking Solutions (IBS), whose main focus is to  develop a new ‘Appointed Representative’ template for brokers wishing to access a FSA regulated broker. The majority of his time is divided between the handling of high profile / high value specialist claims and the management of a service provider in the broking market.
