Non-Executive Chairman

John House has been working within the London insurance market since 1963. His career includes working as a broker in both the London, US and international insurance markets. In the latter part of his career he has led one of the major reserving exercises for the Equitas Project.

Well known throughout the industry, he was, with Nick Readings, a founder director of what is now Independent Services Group Limited in 2000.

He was until recently a director of a Lloyd’s underwriting agency and continues to be actively involved in various arbitration matters.
