Beth Kraemer has recently joined ISG as our US Sales and Marketing representative. Along with enhancing ISG’s position in the US (re)insurance market, Beth will be leading ISG’s offering to the US Broking market to provide access to the Lloyds and London Market via the Appointed Representative model.

Previously, Beth was a Senior Vice President for Paragon Strategic Solutions (Aon Benfield) based in Minneapolis, and prior to Aon, she held senior positions in two other top US broking firms.

Beth has 20 plus years of experience cultivating relationships and driving diverse operational and service initiatives within the reinsurance industry. She is dynamic, reliable, and adaptable with a solid understanding of employee relations, business operations, and the international marketplace. Beth’s strengths lie in Business Development, Client Management, Process Improvement and Strategic Business Planning.
