Based in the City of London, with support offices in Colchester, ISG in the UK comprises four core teams providing underwriter services, consultancy, broking and IT support services (see below), along with a number of joint venture companies providing specialist (re)insurance services.

Consultancy
Our UK consultancy team provides a wide range of services including claims consulting, audits and inspections, underwriting reviews, dispute management, commutations and claims settlement negotiations, interim management, compliance services and specialist disaster recovery support.

Underwriter Services
Our specialist operation offers advanced and unique capabilities in claims management, claims and premium processing, accounting and reporting.

Broking
Our broker management arm IBS is a fully accredited Lloyd’s broker. As well as providing a full general broker service – including specialist claims recovery and broker handling capability – IBS specialises in providing access to brokers and underwriting agencies through the appointed representative route.

IT Services
Our in-house IT team has the proven ability to provide a full range of IT support services, from strategy through tactics, to delivery, support and control. ISG-IT designs and implements solutions for companies across a wide range of business sectors including (re)insurance operations in the Lloyd’s and London company markets.
