Based in the City of London, with support offices in Colchester, ISG in the UK comprises four core teams providing run-off, consultancy, broking and IT support services (see below), along with a number of joint venture companies providing specialist (re)insurance services.

Consultancy
Our UK consultancy team provides a wide range of services including claims consulting, audits and inspections, underwriting reviews, dispute management, commutations and claims settlement negotiations, interim management, compliance services and specialist disaster recovery support.

Run-Off
Our specialist run-off operation manages current liabilities of around $0.75 billion and reinsurance assets of around $0.5 billion. It offers advanced and unique capabilities in claims management, claims and premium processing, accounting and reporting.

Broking (IBS)
Our broker management arm IBS is a fully accredited Lloyd’s broker. As well as providing a full general broker service – including specialist claims recovery and broker handling capability – IBS specialises in providing access to brokers and underwriting agencies through the appointed representative route.

ISG-IT
Our in-house IT team has the proven ability to provide a full range of IT support services, from strategy through tactics, to delivery, support and control. ISG-IT designs and implements solutions for companies across a wide range of business sectors including (re)insurance operations in the Lloyd’s and London company markets.
